Dublin Trends is conducting a voluntary recall of our electric lighter product you purchased on (Specific Date of the Order Purchase will be written here) due to safety concerns identified by the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (CCPC). The recall is being initiated to ensure the safety and well-being of our customers.

Product Description:

Product Name: Electric Lighter: Impress All of your Smoking Buddies  (see picture below)

Model Number(s): HB - 020  & All lighters as in picture below (colors may vary)

Description: Our electric lighter features next-gen dual arc plasma technology and smart touch interface, providing a safer and more convenient alternative to traditional lighters. The product operates on electric current and does not require butane, offering a rechargeable solution for lighting cigarettes, candles, and other items.

Safety Concerns:

Following a review by CCPC, it has been determined that the electric lighter products may not comply with the European Communities (General Product Safety) Regulations 2004. The CCPC cited the following reasons:

-Lack of adequate user instructions and warnings, including information on safe use and warnings concerning children's safety.

-Incomprehensible user instructions due to typographical and grammatical errors.

-Failure to provide documentation demonstrating conformity with safety regulations.

Action Required, Return Instructions, & Refund:

While there have been no reported incidents with the product, we urge all customers who have purchased the affected electric lighter products to immediately discontinue their use and return the product to Dublin Trends at the following address: 13 Adelaide Road, Dublin, Ireland D02 P950.  Please email us at support@dublintrends.com when you have mailed your lighter at above address, and send us any postage receipts so that we may reimburse you.   

Effective immediately, Dublin Trends has issued a full refund to the customers who have purchases this lighter, because we do not want the refund to be contingent upon the return of the lighter.  However, we still encourage all customers who purchased this lighter tp return the lighter as soon as possible.
