How to Measure Your Foot (with a Tape)
- Place a blank sheet of paper on the floor against a wall. Stand with your heel touching the wall.
- Mark the tip of your longest toe on the paper. Measure from the wall to the mark — this is your foot length.
- Wrap a soft tape around the widest part of your forefoot (ball area) without squeezing. This is your foot width.
- Compare both measurements to the chart and choose the closest match. Between sizes? Pick the larger size.
- For thick socks or wider feet, consider sizing up for comfort.
