    * Keep Gold Hunter away from any metallic objects. Press 1 second and release the button,you will hear 2 beeps and the LED will light on, indicating power on.

    Powering Off

    Press and hold the button for a second until you hear a single beep (or single vibration in Silent Mode), indicating power down.

    Changing Settings

    The Pro-Pointer AT has three sensitivity settings and two detection settings:Audio-plus-Vibrate or Vibrate-only (silent).

    To enter adjustment mode, press and hold the button for 2 seconds-indicated by single beep followed by a dual-tone beep and flashing LED. (Note: In Silent Mode, keeps are replaced by vibration pulses.)

    The first button press after entering adjustment mode indicates the current setting.Repeatedly press the button tocycle through the 6 settings:

    1 beep = minimum Sensitivity, with audio
    2 beeps = medium Sensitivity, with audio (Default setting)
    3 beeps = maximum Sensitivity, with audio
    1 vibrate = minimum Sensitivity/Silent
    2 vibrate = medium Sensitivity/Silent
    3 vibrate = maximum Sensitivity/Silent

    To exit adjustment mode, press and hold the button for 2 seconds—
    indicated by a dual-tone beep (dual vibrate in Silent Mode), or wait 5 seconds
    for automatic exit.

    Precisely Pinpointing Large Targets

    Slowly scan toward the object until the response increases to full/constant alarm. Then quick-press the button to instantly retune and narrow the detection field. Continue scanning toward the object to find its precise location. Repeat this Fast Retune to further narrow detection field as needed.

    Auto-Off Feature

    After 2 minutes of being ON without a button press, the Gold Hunter will begin warning chirps for 60 seconds, and then will power off automatically.

    Scraping Blade

    This rugged edge is ideal for sifting through dirt while searching for the target. The Gold Hunter’s 360º-side-scan detection allows the detector to alarm when the blade is passed in close proximity to a metallic target.

    Lanyard Attachment Clip

    Use to attach the Gold Hunter to your belt, digging pouch or your detector (if desired).

    Holster

    Secure to any standard size belt. A metal snap within the holster will cause the Gold Hunter to alarm if put away while powered on.

    Low Battery Alarm

    When the battery becomes low, the LED will keep flashing.Replace the 9V battery as soon as possible.

    Battery Replacement

    Simply rotate the battery cover counterclockwise to remove and clockwise to tighten by hand. To properly install the 9V battery, match the larger battery terminal to the larger opening in the compartment. Remove the battery when the unit is to be stored more than 30 days.

I'm getting a payment error when I try to check out. What can I do?
If you're getting an error message when trying to submit your payment, there's probably an error or a typo in your billing information.

If the error message says "Your payment details couldn't be verified
Check your card details and try again," the issue is probably either the credit card number or CVV you entered.

If the error message says "Security code was not matched by the processor," the issue is probably the CVV you entered.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your parcel has been delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Certain specific products will have different return dates ranging from 30 days to 365 days and those will be specifically mentioned in the respective product page. Once a product is ordered, it can't be cancelled due to any reason. The product will be shipped to you as per the shipping policy. It shall be eligible for a refund/replacement only if it fulfills the conditions mentioned in this page.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The basic premise of a refund will be that the product is defective and not as per the product description mentioned on the website's product page. We don't take any responsibility if the address entered is incorrect. We request you to fill in your details with utmost care.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (This can be the order number or email address order was placed under and Full Name or Purchaser) 

Non-returnable items:

 

-Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Refund Process (if applicable):

-If you need to return an item, send us an email at support@dublintrends.com for approval and instructions. Email us with the reason you require a refund. If item is damaged upon receipt, please email us with pictures immediately. Do not ship your product to us without email approval and instructions. 

-Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

-If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 to 7 business days. 

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

-If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

-Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Credit card companies and banks often have their own processing time before they post a refund.

Shipping products approved for Return:

-If we approve a return, please send product to the international address provided in the email. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

-Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

-If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping  insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If you have a multi-item order, each item may be shipped from a different international warehouse, depending on which one has them available the fastest. Alternatively, if an item is popular and on a bit of a back order, we might ship your items at different times, in different packages, to prevent holding up your order and to get it to you as fast as possible! 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Order handling time (processing time) is 3 to 5 business days. Orders are shipped out directly from any of our many international warehouses and they will do everything they can to get you your order as fast as they can! Due to the popularity of our offers, please allow an estimated 12 - 30 Business Days for your order to arrive to Ireland and all other countries.  Please note, that due to the extreme popularity of our offers, these are only estimates.  

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER GETS STUCK OR LOST IN THE MAIL?

All of our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. If an order gets stuck at customs, sent back or even lost during the delivery process, we apologize. The postal service is out of our control. However, in cases like this, because the packages are insured, we will send you a new package.
