Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your parcel has been delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Certain specific products will have different return dates ranging from 30 days to 365 days and those will be specifically mentioned in the respective product page. Once a product is ordered, it can't be cancelled due to any reason. The product will be shipped to you as per the shipping policy. It shall be eligible for a refund/replacement only if it fulfills the conditions mentioned in this page.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The basic premise of a refund will be that the product is defective and not as per the product description mentioned on the website's product page. Non-returnable items:

-If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 to 7 business days.

-If we approve a return, please send product to the international address provided in the email. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
